Interstate 495 beltway in Montgomery County, Maryland is fully open after after a three-vehicle collision Tuesday shut down parts of the outerloop, according to an official with the Montgomery County Fire and Rescue Service.
Officials say the crash impacted the area between I-270 Spur and River Road near the Bradley Boulevard overpass.
