Notestine Road, IN : One person dead after van-semi crash Notestine Road on Saturday March 5 2016

An Allen County man died Saturday as the result of injuries suffered in a two-vehicle crash at Notestine Road and Indiana 37 on Feb. 23.
Darvin Thornburg, 55, was driving a 15-passenger van west on Notestine Road when he drove through a stop sign and into the path of a semi traveling on Indiana 37.
He was taken to a hospital in critical condition, where he remained until his death.
On Monday, the Allen County Coroner’s Office announced Thornburg’s death from blunt-force trauma as a result of the crash. The manner of death was determined to be accidental.
His death is the seventh traffic fatality in Allen County so far in 2016
