Aurora, OR : Driver dies in crash with semi on rural road near Aurora on Monday morning, February 9, 2015

A man died Monday morning when his pickup collided with a semi-truck on Arndt Road Northeast near Aurora, the Marion County Sheriff’s Office said.

Deputies closed down Arndt Road between Airport and South Knight Road in Clackamas County to investigate the crash.

The pickup's driver was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the semi was unhurt, and officials said he’s cooperating with investigators.
