Butler County, AL : Butler County woman dies in crash on Monday, 30th March, 2020

A single vehicle crash at approximately 6:25 p.m. on Monday, March 30, 2020 has claimed the life of a Butler County woman.

Capricia LeeAnn Jackson, 37, of Greenville, was killed when the 2007 Lincoln Town Car she was operating left the roadway and struck a tree. The crash occurred on AL 185 , approximately five miles south of Greenville. Ms. Jackson was transported to a local hospital where she later died from the injuries sustained during the crash. Speed is believed to be a factor in the crash. Nothing further is available as Alabama State Troopers continue to investigate.
