TRUMBULL TOWNSHIP, OH : A motorcyclist died in a two-vehicle collision in Route 534 crash on Thursday, 14th June 2018

The Ashtabula County coroner's office confirmed a motorcyclist died Thursday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision at the intersection of State Route 534 and Dawsey Road.

County coroner's investigator Tom Despenes identified the man as 35-year-old David Stokes, of Hartsgrove Township. The crash occurred at about 4 p.m., he said.

Stokes was reportedly traveling south along State Route 534 on a Suzuki motorcycle when a minivan bearing multiple occupants turned northbound onto the route from Dawsey Road. Despenes said Dawsey Road dips downward from the intersection.
