LAS VEGAS, NV : California man dies in Mesquite crash rollover on Sunday, 10th November 2024

A California man is dead after crashing and flipping his truck in Mesquite last week.

Nevada State Police responded to the crash around 1:32 a.m. in the area of West Pioneer Boulevard and Willis Carrier Canyon, 82 miles north of Las Vegas.

An initial investigation determined that a blue 2021 Dodge Ram 1500 pickup truck was traveling west on Pioneer at a high speed. Police say the driver lost control while negotiating a curve in the road.

The vehicle then struck a median and a light pole before rolling onto its roof.
