HOUSTON, TX : Funeral held for Harris County deputy following Midtown crash on Saturday, 17th February 2024

A Harris County Sheriff’s Office deputy’s funeral is taking place on Saturday after he died in a crash in Midtown.

The visitation for 62-year-old Rondald Bates happened at 10 a.m.

His funeral service is being held at 11 a.m. at Fallbrook Church at 12512 Walters Road.

“Join us as we pay our respects and mourn the passing of Deputy Rondald Bates,” Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez said.
