Cullman, AL : Hanceville man dies in wreck on Friday, November 11th 2016

A single-vehicle crash in southern Cullman County Friday afternoon claimed the life of a Hanceville man.

According to Alabama State Troopers, Robert Kelly Campbell, 52, was killed when his 1996 Toyota left the roadway and struck a utility pole. The crash occurred at 3:26 p.m. on County Road 8, eight miles south of Dodge City.

Campbell was ejected from the vehicle, and was pronounced dead at the scene. Troopers said Campbell was not wearing a seat belt.

In a press release, troopers said the investigation into the crash is ongoing.
