Simi Valley , CA : One person was Minorly injured after Crash in Highway 118 on Tuesday , January 13th 2015

A crash Tuesday on Highway 118 in Simi Valley sent one person to the hospital, officials said.

The crash was reported about 9:30 a.m. on westbound 118 just west of Madera Road, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The Ventura County Fire Department also responded to the crash, in which one person suffered minor injuries.

Traffic backed up after the crash. About 15 minutes later, two crashes were reported on eastbound Highway 118 near Princeton Avenue. It was unknown if anyone was injured in those crashes.
