PORTSMOUTH, VA : Chesapeake man dead after car crash on I-264 in Portsmouth on Tuesday, 19th December 2023

A man has died after a single-vehicle crash on the interstate in Portsmouth.

Virginia State Police say that they were called to investigate a vehicle crash early Tuesday morning around 12:30 a.m.

Investigations revealed that 21-year-old Kishaun Clark of Chesapeake was attempting to exit I-264 at Greenwood Drive in Portsmouth when he ran off the roadway and struck a tree.
