De Ridder, LA : Man killed pickup truck collided at Highway 3226 on Friday August 7th 2015

Louisiana State Police say a Merryville man died when his pickup truck collided head-on with another pickup that had crossed the center line of Louisiana 3226 in DeRidder.
Sgt. James Anderson says 54-year-old Gary Blair died and the other driver, 25-year-old Edmond Victor III of Leesville, was seriously injured.
He says investigators are looking into what caused Victor's 2010 Ram pickup truck to cross the center line on Highway 3226 about a mile north of U.S. 190.
Anderson says neither driver was wearing a seat belt.
He says 58 percent of drivers who died in wrecks last year were not wearing seat belts.
