Beaverton, OR : Motorcycle officer injured in on-duty traffic crash on Tuesday, Aug 25, 2015

Beaverton police say a motorcycle officer was injured Tuesday when he was struck by a vehicle while responding to a traffic crash.

A police spokesman says the officer was taken to a hospital by ambulance, but his injuries are not life-threatening.

The collision remains under investigation.
