Alachua, FL : Live Oak man dies in a crash on County Road 235-A near Alachua on Thursday, 12th July 2018

A 27-year-old Live Oak man died at UF Health Shands Hospital following a Thursday afternoon crash on County Road 235-A near Alachua, the Florida Highway Patrol reported.

Joshua Louis Martin was driving a 2016 Toyota Corolla just before 3:15 p.m., headed north, when his car ran into the back of a 2016 Volvo 780 that was stopped in traffic, troopers reported in a news release.

The Volvo’s driver, Eric B. Milton, 35, of Browns Summit, North Carolina, was not hurt.
