Clinton, MS : One person killed after vehicle crashes into Clinton home on Saturday night, June 4, 2016

One person was killed Saturday night after a vehicle crashed into a home in Clinton.

Clinton Police Officer Chip Roberts said an unnamed driver of a white Jeep SUV crashed into a home near the intersection of Susan Circle and Trailwood Drive. The driver was killed.

Roberts said officials received the call around 8:20 p.m.

We're told the vehicle crashed into the garage area of the home and the driver was the only person in the vehicle.

At this time it is unknown if anyone was inside the home at the time of the accident.
