West Allis, WI : 61-year-old woman died in a crash Thursday night in West Allis on June 5, 2014

A woman died Thursday in a one-vehicle crash in West Allis, according to police.

According to a news release from the West Allis Police Department, the crash was reported shortly before 8 p.m. at S. 108th and W. Becher streets.

The car driven by the 61-year-old West Allis woman was traveling north on 108th when it drifted to the right and struck a utility pole and a tree before rolling over.

The woman died at the scene of the crash, which remained under investigation, according to the release.
