Semi Truck Driver Killed in Fiery Accident on Interstate 10 in Tempe Arizona

The Arizona Department of Public Safety reported that a semi truck accident that happened on Thursday, February 28, claimed the life of the trucker.The deadly accident took place just before 5:30 a.m.Thursday morning on the I-10 near Southern Avenue on the Broadway Curve in Tempe, ArizonaAccording to Officer Carrick Cook, the crash happened when the driver of the big rig lost control of the vehicle for an unknown reason and crashed into the median wall sending debris into the westbound lanes, striking two vehicles. A third vehicle hit the semi-truck after it crashed.Firefighters were still putting out flames in the back of the truck a half hour after the crash.
