Everett , MA : 19- Years old teenager was killed in Rollover Crash after Car hits tree on Saturday morning , February , 7th 2015

A Winchester teen was killed in a one-car crash in Everett early Saturday morning, according to police.

Police responded to reports of a one-car, rollover crash on Route 16 at Sweetser Circle in Everett at 2 a.m. Saturday.

Upon arrival, police found a 2005 Audi S442 had left the road, hit a tree, rolled and came to a rest on Route 16, according to police.

The driver, Frank Vozzella, 19, of Winchester, had lost control of the car, according to police. The cause of the crash remains under investigation.

Vozzella was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital where he died from injuries sustained in the crash.

The tree the car hit fell into Route 16, blocking eastbound lanes. Traffic was detoured onto Route 99. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation responded to cut and remove the tree from the road.
