A Stow man died after he had a medical issue while he was driving on Interstate 290 in Northborough Sunday night that caused him to crash into another vehicle, police say.
Massachusetts State Police responded to reports of a crash on the highway’s westbound side near the 17-mile marker around 8:20 p.m., according to a press release.
At the scene, a trooper found that a 2016 Ford Ranger, driven by Michael Sureau, 38, of Stow, had crashed into a 2000 Ford pick-up truck, driven by a 30-year-old man from Johnston, Rhode Island, authorities said.
