NASHVILLE, TN : Woman in roadway struck killed in hit-and-run crash on Wednesday, 8th November 2023

A 60-year-old woman died overnight when she was stuck and killed in a hit-and-run crash.

Metro Police say the pedestrian was in the roadway on Green Street near Fairfield Avenue around 1 a.m. Wednesday when she was hit by an unknown vehicle.

She was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where she died. Police are working to notify her family.
