DAYTON, OH : 2 arrested from car blamed in chain-reaction crash on West Third in Dayton on Tuesday, 19th February 2019

Police arrested a male and female from a car believed to have caused a chain-reaction crash on West Third Street that involved an RTA bus, Dayton Lt. Steven Bauer said.
