Authorities say a 40-year-old man is dead after his motorcycle collided with a car at an intersection in Buffalo.

Police say the crash happened Sunday night at East Delavan and Fillmore avenues. The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.

Authorities didn't immediately identify the Buffalo man.

It's unclear if the driver of the other vehicle involved was hurt.
