Powell, TN : 66-year-old man walking along Clinton Highway was hit and killed by a car on Saturday afternoon October 18th 2014

A Powell man walking along Clinton Highway was hit and killed around 2:30 p.m. Saturday. Tennessee Highway Patrol says 77-year-old Patsy Kirby, of Powell, was driving north near Stanley Road when her car went into the shoulder lane and hit 66-year-old Kenneth Miller. Kirby was not hurt.
