QUINCY, IL : Teen cited in crash with motorized bicycle on Thursday, 19th April 2018
A teenage girl was cited for failure to stop at a stop sign after being involved in a crash with a bicyclist Thursday morning at 16th and Kentucky.
The Quincy Police Department said the 17-year-old was driving a Chevrolet Impala east on Kentucky just before 9 a.m. when she failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with Clarence Seeland, 61, of 1534 Jefferson, who was riding a Trek motorized bicycle.
Seeland was taken to Blessing Hospital by ambulance for treatment, where he is listed in critical condition in the Intensive Care Unit.
