Eastman told 10News that he uncovered the security video at Ferny's Taco Shop, days after the accident.10New reached out to the San Diego County Sheriff'sDepartment on Tuesday afternoon regarding the incident but have not heard back."I promised that I'm going to find out what happened, because nobody seems to know," said Eastman.
