Pawtucket , RI : 26-year-old Flory Marleny Hernandez and passenger Injured in a wrong-way crash after they Collided with pickup truck while intoxicating on Sunday ,March 8th 2015

The victim killed in a wrong-way crash on 95 North in Pawtucket Sunday has been identified as 26-year-old Flory Marleny Hernandez, of Central Falls.

According to Rhode Island State Police, 23-year-old Jeremy Leiva, of Providence, was driving while intoxicated and collided with a pick-up truck, killing Hernandez, his passenger.

Leiva was arraigned at Rhode Island Hospital Sunday and faces a number of charges, including Driving Under the Influence—Death Resulting, and Driving to Endanger.

Hernandez's father, Carmen Hernandez says his daughter and Leiva were dating.

He talked to ABC 6 News through a translator.

"She was the most beautiful person that anyone can imagine,” said Hernandez.

Flory Marleny Hernandez was a mother of 2 children: a 7-year-old daughter and a 15-month-old son.

"He's not mad at him because he's human. We're all human. He's just very sad that he lost his daughter,” said Hernandez through a translator.

The two passengers in the pick-up truck that collided with Leiva are both in serious both not life threatening condition at Rhode Island Hospital. That couple has been identified as 33-year-old Andrea Spillane and 43-year-old Scott Spillane of Taunton.
