Lansing, MI : Four people injured in a two-vehicle crash in Lansing on Tuesday night, July 19, 2016
Four people were injured in a two-vehicle crash Tuesday night in Lansing. None of the injuries were considered life-threatening, police said.
A pickup truck driving southbound on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard collided with a small sedan driving westbound on Cavanaugh Road at about 7:50 p.m., said Lansing Police Public Information Director Robert Merritt.
Workers used a jaws of life tool to remove a passenger trapped inside the sedan, Merritt said. That person, another passenger in the sedan and both drivers were hospitalized and in stable condition, he said.
The pickup driver, a 33-year-old man, was cited in the crash, Merritt said. Traffic in the area was affected for about an hour.
