INGERSOLL TWP, MI : 20-year-old Bay County woman killed in weekend crash on Sunday, 17th February 2019

The Midland County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a two vehicle crash that claimed the life of a 20-year-old Bay County woman as well as seriously injuring a 21-year-old Bay County woman over the weekend.
The crash took place at the corner of Gordonville Road and River Road, in Midland County’s Ingersoll Township around 3 p.m. Sunday.
Police said 20-year-old Tyana Hamilton, driving a 2003 Saturn, turned westbound onto Gordonville Road from River Road and was struck by a 1995 Ford semi tractor and trailer driven by 50-year-old Bay County man.
Hamilton was pronounced dead at the scene. A 21-year-old passenger was transported to the Mid-Michigan Medical Center in Midland with serious injuries. Police did not know her current condition as of this morning. The driver of the semi was not injured.
