ANDERSON, CA : 1 dead after car crash near Highway 273 on Monday, 5th June 2023

A person died after a two-vehicle crash Monday in the area of Highway 273 and Pinon Avenue, according to the Anderson Police Department.

Police said they responded to the crash at about 9:30 a.m. and began a traffic collision investigation. Police found out that Andrew Millner, 31, of Redding, was driving after someone on a motorcycle after a road rage incident that began in the area of Highway 273 and Westside Road in Redding.

The two vehicles reached speeds in excess of 100 mph and failed to stop at multiple red lights as they drove from Redding to Anderson, police said.
