Lansing, MI : Woman killed, man arrested in motorcycle crash on Wednesday, October 29, 2014

Police have arrested a 27-year-old man in connection to a motorcycle crash that killed a Lansing woman. The Lansing State Journal reports police said Wednesday they arrested the Lansing man following the death of 41-year-old Michelle Stickney on Tuesday. They say he was driving the motorcycle with Stickney as his passenger when it crashed and he fled the scene. Police say Stickney wasn't wearing a helmet. Police say the man is recovering from injuries that aren't life threatening at a local hospital. He faces multiple charges in the crash. They say they believe he lost control of the motorcycle on a dead-end street. They don't know if drugs or alcohol were factors in the crash.
