Orlando, FL : Motorcyclist killed in a wrong-way crash in Orange County on Wednesday night, December 16, 2015
The westbound lanes of State Road 408 have been reopened Thursday morning after a motorcyclist was killed in a wrong-way crash late Wednesday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
Troopers said a vehicle was heading eastbound in the westbound lanes when the driver struck a motorcyclist head-on at about 10:40 p.m. between Rouse Road and Alafaya Trail.
The man on the motorcycle was taken to Florida Hospital East, where he died.
The condition of the driver of the car has not been released.
