Newnan, GA : No injuries in three-car accident on Hwy 34 on Tuesday, June 14, 2016

No one was injured in a three-car accident at the intersection of Fischer Road and Hwy. 34 on Tuesday.

An F-150 pickup was traveling west on Hwy 34 when it attempted to turn left across traffic and was struck in the passenger side by a Chrysler minivan, according to Trooper First Class Ross Buchan with the Georgia State Patrol.

The truck then flipped on the front of a Honda Pilot waiting at the top of Fischer Road.

The intersection has seen an average of two accidents a month over the last year, according to statistics released by the Coweta County Sheriff's Office.
