Bismarck,N.D : Florida man dies in rollover crash in central North Dakota on Saturday, July 2, 2016

The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a rollover crash near Steele has killed a 45-year-old Florida man.

Authorities say Neon Caldwell of Jacksonville, Florida died at the scene at about 5:40 a.m. on Saturday.

The patrol says Caldwell was a passenger in the semi that hit a ditch and rolled on Highway 3, a few miles north of Steele, in central North Dakota.

Troopers say 22-year-old James Whitney of Grand Forks was the driver of the vehicle. Authorities say he suffered non-life threatening injuries and was taken to a Bismarck hospital.
