Anderson,SC : Coroner identifies driver killed after dump truck overturns in Anderson Co.on September, Tuesday 26th 2017

The Anderson County Deputy Coroner said a man was killed after a crash Tuesday. The deputy coroner stated that the man was killed after a dump truck overturned.

The collision occurred on First Avenue and S.C. 81 at 3:08 p.m.

According to the deputy coroner, the dump truck driver lost control after driving through a sharp curve. The coroner stated that the truck veered off the road right into an open field. Troopers added that the driver then struck a fence, a ditch then overturned.

The driver, identified by the coroner as 23-year-old Zain Thomas Haney of Clemson, was killed instantly. The subject was not seat belted and was ejected, troopers say.
