One person was injured in a motorcycle versus vehicle crash Thursday afternoon in Okatie.
The motorcycle operator was transported by ambulance to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, according to Bluffton Township Fire District spokesman Capt. Randy Hunter.
The wreck temporarily closed the right westbound lane of Okatie Highway at Riverwalk Boulevard around 4:30 p.m., according to a Beaufort County Sheriff’s Office advisory. The lane was reopened shortly before 5 p.m.
Beaufort County traffic cameras showed several emergency vehicles in the area as traffic made its way around the crash site.
