A 38-year-old Browning man was killed when the car he was riding in went off the highway near Cut Bank, hit a power pole and rolled at least three times.
The Montana Highway Patrol says a 35-year-old Cut Bank man was driving northbound on Secondary Highway 213 north of Cut Bank at about 6 a.m. Sunday when the car went off the right side of the road. The patrol says the driver overcorrected and the car went off the left side of the road, struck the pole and rolled.
The Browning man was pronounced dead at the hospital in Cut Bank. His name has not been released.
The driver was ejected from the car. His condition was unknown.
