SHELBYVILLE, MO : Baring man suffers minor injuries in Wednesday crash near Shelbyville on Wednesday, 9th November 2016

A 22-year-old Baring man suffered minor injuries Wednesday morning after a single-vehicle crash near Shelbyville.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol said a 2005 Chevrolet 2500 van driven by Andrew M. Hunolt was heading east on Route K when it ran off the road and struck a culvert. The crash occurred at 7 a.m. about 4.5 miles west of Shelbyville.

Hunolt was taken by Salt River Ambulance to Samaritan Hospital in Moberly for treatment.

Police said he was not wearing a seat belt.

Assisting were the Shelby County Sheriff's Department and the Shelby County Fire Department.
