Springfield, wi : 23-year-old man died in two-vehicle crash in the Town of Springfield Friday afternoon,24th October 2014

A 23-year-old man died Friday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash in the Town of Springfield, the Dane County sheriff's department reported. The crash occurred about 1:30 p.m., when a semitrailer heading westbound on Schneider Road turned left onto Capitol View Road.and collided with a car heading eastbound on Schneider Road. The driver of the car was dead at the scene. The 61-year-old driver of the tractor trailer was not injured. The crash remains under investigation by the Dane County sheriff's department.
