BOWIE, MD : 4 dead in single-vehicle car crash and fire in Bowie on Friday, 29th September 2023

Four people are dead Friday night following a single-vehicle crash and car fire in Bowie.

Prince George's County Fire and EMS responded to the 12700 block of Woodmore Road where the crash occurred. Police said the car, for whatever reason, left the roadway and hit a tree.

Four people were located, all tragically pronounced dead. Police said the four victims were trapped in the car and unable to escape the fire.
