A Cottage Grove teen was injured Sunday when her car collided with a truck in the town of Oak Grove in western Wisconsin.

Sarah L. Lewerer, 18, of Cottage Grove, was eastbound on Highway 10, approaching County Road QQ, when a southbound truck driven by Connor D. Loutsch, 18, of Prescott, entered the intersection and collided with her, according to the Pierce County Sheriff's Department.Hunter M. Lee, 17, Prescott, was a passenger in the Loutsch truck. Both were uninjured. Lewerer was transported by the Prescott Ambulance Service to Regina Hospital in Hastings with undetermined injuries. She was seen and released from the hospital Sunday, according to a hospital spokeswoman.
