Ojai,CA: One taken to hospital in Ojai Valley crash on September, Wednesday 6th 2017

One person with critical injuries was taken to a hospital after a crash Wednesday evening in the Ojai Valley, authorities said.

The crash was reported at 6:18 p.m. near South La Luna Avenue and West Lomita Avenue, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Crews with the Ventura County Fire Department responded to the scene and reported three people were involved in the crash.

The other two people were not injured, officials said.

The incident caused power lines to fall on the roadway and a small fire was started, the patrol reported.
