BEDFORD, VA : Firefighters rescue person trapped in car from US-460 crash in Bedford on Wednesday, 16th August 2023

A bad crash in Bedford on US-460 on Thursday morning resulted in one person needing to be rescued from inside a car.

The Bedford Fire Department said they responded to the crash in the 6200 block of US-460.

"One vehicle struck a tractor trailer that was disabled on the side of the road," BFD said, sharing photos of the crash aftermath.
