Harleysville , PA : 69 - year Old women killed and Two Children injured in crash after car veered across the median and into the northbound lane on Tuesday , February 10th 2015

A Bethlehem woman and her two children were hurt in a Bucks County crash that left a 69-year-old woman dead, according to Richland Township police Chief Richard Ficco.

The Tuesday night wreck happened around 8 p.m. where Route 309 turns into South West Boulevard just over the township line, Ficco said. A Honda Civic, driven by Linda White, of Harleysville, Pennsylvania, was heading southbound when Ficco said the car veered across the median and into the northbound lane.

The Civic then struck a minivan driven by Anmarie Roy, 42, of Bethlehem, Ficco said. Roy and her two children were transported to St. Luke's University Hospital in Fountain Hill for injuries that Ficco said were not life-threatening. They are the family of Bethlehem schools Superintendent Joseph Roy.

White was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the chief. An autopsy ruled out the possibility of a medical emergency prompting the wreck, Ficco said. Authorities are still awaiting toxicology tests however, he said.
