Hartford, CT :I-91 Crash in Hartford on Wednesday, July 8th 2015

A car struck the ledge in the median on Interstate 91 in Hartford on Wednesday. The boulder at left fell off the ledge, trapping a piece of the car underneath it. The driver was transported to the hospital.
