A Marshall woman sustained minor injuries after a one-vehicle crash at Route AA and U.S. Highway 41 on Saturday evening, Aug. 26.

According to a Missouri State Highway crash report, at 7:55 p.m., a 2004 Yamaha — driven by Kaitlyn R. Zimmerman, 22, of Marshall — attempted to make a left hand turn. The driver lost control due to gravel on the roadway, the report states, and the vehicle traveled off the right side of the roadway before overturning. Zimmerman reportedly sustained minor injuries, and was transported by emergency vehicle to Fitzgibbon Hospital.
