A car crash in Rockingham landed a Massachusetts man with a DUI charge and broken neck. Police say 23-year-old Michael Woloshchuk rear-ended another vehicle on Route 103 Saturday – and then totaled his GMC Denali about 3 miles away on Route 5. A passenger in the truck was not seriously injured but police say Woloshchuk broke his neck in the crash.
