HARTSELLE, AL : Firetruck crashes into home on Main St in Hartselle on Wednesday, 28th August 2024

A Hartselle Fire & Rescue truck crashed into a home on Wednesday evening.

According to officials, a Hartselle Fire & Rescue crew was returning from a call when the driver experienced a medical emergency.

The firetruck veered into oncoming traffic on Hwy. 36 West.

The Lieutenant who was in the passenger seat was able to grab the steering wheel and get the vehicle out of oncoming traffic.
