A man is facing arraignment on charges in the deaths of two people in a vehicle collision in Vermont.
Shawn Duprey is scheduled to be arraigned Thursday afternoon.
Police say Duprey was driving a truck in Barre that ran a red light while speeding and hit a car traveling through the intersection on Wednesday.
