KANSAS CITY, MO : 18-year-old killed in three-vehicle crash on E. 40 Highway just west of Brentwood Avenue on Thursday, 24th September, 2020

The authorities are investigating a fatal three-vehicle crash that happened on Thursday afternoon.

According to police dispatch, it crash happened at 3:21 p.m. on E. 40 Highway just west of Brentwood Avenue.

The authorities’ investigation determined that a GMC pickup truck was going east when it hit the back of a Nissan Crossover, which had been stopped in the center turn lane.

The impact redirected the pickup into the westbound lanes, where it a Chevrolet SUV head-on.
