Baltimore, MD : DUI suspected in Berlin motorcycle crash on Saturday, May 7, 2016

Maryland State Police suspect alcohol was a factor in a crash between two motorcycles late Saturday that sent one of the drivers to Shock Trauma in Baltimore.

George Hipsley Jr. of Salisbury was traveling westbound on Route 50 near Friendship Road when his Harley Davidson ran into the back of another Harley. He was flown to Shock Trauma for his injuries.

The second motorcyclist, Robert Hickey Jr. of Salisbury, was treated on the scene.

There was an odor of alcohol on both motorcyclists, according to state police. Hickey was arrested on DUI charges.

Hipsley's DUI investigation is ongoing, police say.
