AURORA, NE : Fuel cleanup following semi-car crash in Aurora on Monday, 14th October 2024

The Aurora Police Department is investigating a crash involving a semi Monday morning.

It happened just before 7 a.m. just west of the intersection of Highway 34 and First Street in front of Schneider’s Hardware.

Police Chief Paul Graham said a car heading eastbound on Hwy 34 crossed over the center line and hit the westbound semi.

Minutes earlier, dispatch received a report of that same vehicle swerving all over the road just west of town.
